It is very simple to change logon in windows 7 manually However it becomes easy when we do it with the software we can do it with the help of a software logonchanger which you can find in www.tweakandtrick.com other than you can do it manually :
first go to run and type regedit
Go to Hkey software then Microsoft and then windows and then oobe and put there value one
now open my computer and goto c drive open windows folder then system32 and goto oobe and create a folder called background and put any image which you want but note image should be less than 246k.b and restart your pc and all done
